Comment dire, pire expérience d’entretien…… Le recruteur n’était ni agréable ni professionnel. Il n’était pas du tout à l’écoute, ce qui donne une image assez mauvaise de l’entreprise…… C’est dommage ……

The IBM interview process includes multiple rounds. You'll first have an intro / screening interview. This is following by 2-4 additional interviews, including a case and panel interview with managers. The process is well organized, but a little unpredictable.
