I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
I emailed a recruiter following a university group tour of IBM's Austin location. I was sent an email leading me to a site where the interviewee records themselves (with opportunities to re-record answers) answering a mix of behavioral and coding questions. This was estimated to take 2-3 hours. I was very nervous and it took me almost 5. There were 3 HackerRank-style coding questions: modified fizzbuzz and two dealing with data structures (graphs) and parsing of data. Afterwords, I was asked about how I solved those problems and what my thought process was.
