IBM Software Developer interview questions

a number of questions on ibm and its values, competancy questions in hirevue interview, Assessment Centre with 2 group exercises (logic and teamwork), and 2 individual tasks (test and 1 on 1 interview)

I took an online interview with IBM. The whole thing was a HiredVue facilitated by Watson. I enjoyed the interview and did well. I did not hear back from them for 4 weeks. When I did, the email said that I was not being considered because of my need for sponsorship (even though I am a US citizen). They followed up later apologizing for the previous email and asking me to share my availability to interview within the next two weeks. By this point, I had already accepted another offer.
