IBM Software Developer interview questions

The process was of four phases: two group exercises and two interviews. The first group exercise included a presentation, while the second was a logic exercise. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming.

The interview had 3 stages - phone interview with recruiter, technical test / skype interview with senior developer , phone interview with manager. The interviews were very professional and straight to the point without wasting the time.
