IBM Software Developer interview questions

It was a video interview with 2 code questions, after that they asked 1 design question and several behaviour questions, at last let me ask them some questions about the position.

Phone Screening asking about the background, Onsite Technical & Manager Interview with all types of computer science related questions and soft skills, HR Final Interview settling on other issues. Generally it was quite well organized.
