IBM Software Developer interview questions

Was told during the interview that IBMs efforts/focus to have a diverse workforce was only about money, and that they wouldn't be doing it unless it was profitable. Felt dehumanizing and made me feel like a 'token' person being interviewed at IBM meant to pump their numbers. I did not want to go further into the interviews after that. I don't want to support a company that doesn't care about or understand the plight of minorities. I was very dissappointed by the interview and it left me with a poor view of IBM.
