Typical 4 step Interview process. First HR, then Hiring Manager, then design/dev leads and then VP level. Interviews themselves went well, but VERY little communication in between interviews from Hyatt HR. I had to follow-up. I then heard NOTHING after the 4th interview; absolutely NOTHING.
Very disappointing as I would have thought their would have been some kind of respect and common curiosity to at least reach out letting me know I didn't receive the job. Had I known this was the culture of the company during my 1st interview, I would have never wasted my time and proceeded. If candidates aren't respected, then why would employees be?!?
