Easy and behavioral question mainly, nothing fancy. They care about your customer service experience a lot, how you deal with customer. Also, another thing is you get to showcase your customer service skills and experience during the interview

I expect our process to be a mix of both verbal communication and practical application. For the verbal part, I look forward to discussing my background in sports massage, how I handle client intakes, and how I safely manage deep pressure and client boundaries
The interview process at Hyatt was well-organized and smooth. I completed two rounds of face-to-face interviews over the course of about two weeks. The HR team and interviewers were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
