Simple fast and direct. It was an easy interview. The woman I spoke with was kind and understanding. She asked base line questions and we built a great rapport. It was easy.

What was a difficult experience and how did you overcome it
Interview was very quick. It was good very easy and straight forward. Use star method always Interviewer did sound a bit repetitive but overall very good interview easy and straight forward

Interview
Very straight forward and well organized process. First a group Meet and greet and then a one on one interview for the position. Great communication throughout the process. Kind HR representatives.

Why empathy would be important in a customer service job
It was a group interview initially and from there if they wanted to move you forward then you would have an individual interview. I, unfortunately, was not selected to move further in the hiring process even though I would have excelled at the position.
