Hired within the property, it was a very simple process. We talked about goals, quality standards, coaching methods. Very generic corporate interview questions, similar to something you’d see on a template online.

Interview
Meet with HR first after a few phone calls, afterword meet with the executive chef. Both of which we nice and friendly.
After meeting with the chef we scheduled a cooking interview. I was given a mystery basket with 6 different ingredients with two hours to plate 4 complete dishes.
