They definitely love when you have a lot of questions. You can tell they're scanning you to see If you'd be a good fit. Ask a lot of questions after they give an answer.

What was one experience you've had that you had to go and be in charge and how did you handle it
Fairly easy, it was only one interview and several questions asked about availability and experience. It was about 30 minutes. I was hired on the spot and then started working instantly.

Describe a time you helped a customer and how did they react.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.
