Very fast, interviewed with DOSM, GM and HR. Process was around 1 week. After my background check checked out an offer was made and i accepted. From the time I dropped off my resume in person to the time I started my new job took a total of about 2 weeks

Question 1
Typical Hotel questions, how would you go about finding new clients?
Easy, basic questions, did not dig more than expected. Usually hospitality related interview. No hr screening was done prior. Everything was online. Negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
Interviewed and seemed really excited about me. But then said that I didn’t bring clients in and that I didn’t deserve 60k plus for salary. Said I lied about salary expectations but I never gave one

Interview
15 min interview with HR over the phone then I had a 30 min interview with director of sales to discuss the role and goals of the role. He also went over salary and commission based role during the interview
