I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hyatt (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The initial interview was quick, maybe 35 minutes. The interviewer was upbeat and friendly, she completely put me at ease. She described the general hierarchy of the office, where my potential role fit into the structure, and the basic tasks on an average day.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hyatt in Mar 2022
Interview
Very relaxed. Like a get to know each other session instead of a final exam. First interview was virtual and second interview was in person. Both experiences were very professional and very relaxed.
Long - but I was meeting all the people I would be working with. They had one manager that didn't ask professional questions like inquiring about my childcare situation. But I don't think he had proper training.
