Interview consisted of a meeting with a human resources employee, a tour of the restaurant, and a meeting with the food and beverage manager. The interview was relatively relaxed - I was asked to go through my resume and explain my school/work experience as well as answering the basic "tell me about yourself" question.

You will have a phone call with a recruiter possibility who will ask you a few questions about your experience in other service jobs like describe a time you had a problem at work and how you handled it, etc and tell them about you and then you’ll have an interview with 1-2 managers. They pull up your resume and ask you questions about why you want to work there and your ideal work environment and how your experience translates etc and tell them about yourself. They’re really kind and not too threatening

the interview was very easy. They made me feel confortable and it passed really quickly.I felt a little bit unconfortable and worried in the very beggining but after that i forgot. There were 5 candidates about the job and only 2 were offered.

The interview was fairly easy, they ask questions about yourself in order to understand your personality and see if youll be fit with the core values. They are very understaning when you explain you are in school and the type of hours youre looking for.
