Hyatt Front Desk Agent interview questions

The interview was quick and the interviewer was friendly and pleasant. I was asked the basic questions about my experience that you'd expect at an interview, though not many in depth questions about how I would handle specific types of situations as a front desk agent.

It was very casual. If you have experiences then the questions are very easy to answer. Compared to Marriott who uses the STAR Model. I did have two interviews but no phone screen.
