Humana Records Retrieval Specialist interview questions

I had an initial screening via email with about 8 questions regarding the position and my skills. I responded to those questions via email and then about 5 days later I was invited for an interview by the hiring manager. The interview was pretty easy, it was with the hiring manager and her boss. Two weeks after my interview I was offered the position by the recruiter. The entire process from application to offer took 6 weeks. The onboarding process is really smooth and everything is communicated through email and their employee portal.

It was a group interview myself with about 4 associates in the department, management included. While I was alone, it was a great experience my nerves didn't get the best of me. It was like speaking with my peers and giving them insight of my values and work ethic.
