This was the most disorganized, poorly planned interview process I've ever experienced. I had an interview with one leader (when there was supposed to have been three) that she didn't seem to prep for. One of the leaders popped into the zoom after it'd started, with camera off and no word, and left before it ended. This interview was followed by nearly two weeks of silence and then a rushed request for a work sample with no context as to what it should include. I was then supposed to interview with all three leaders involved in hiring, but the second interview just included the same person who I met with the first time. It was then I knew my time was being wasted. I was surprised by how unprofessional it all was--from the way the e-mails were written to the lack of direction of the interview conversation. It really reflected poorly on Humana and I truly think it's for the best things that didn't work out.
