The day after applying online, I was emailed a link to complete a Montage phone interview. Phone interview asked about basic knowledge for the position. It was srange because you are responding to a pre recorded voice. A week later, I was contacted via email to do an in person interview. I met with two supervisors. Atmosphere was very relaxed. They talked about the details of the job and I discussed how my experience and skills would be a good fit for it. There were no behavior based interview questions. I'm awaiting a response on whether I got the job.
