Humana Field Care Manager interview questions

Was contacted by the recruiter two weeks after applying online. Scheduled a phone interview with recruiter for next day. Basic resume questions were asked and why i wanted to work for the company. One behavioral question about a crisis situation i had handled in the past. I Was forwarded to schedule a second interview at the end of recruiter interview. The second interview was via web cam three days later. Interview seemed to go well. Was notified three days later that I did not get the position.
