Humana Customer Service Representative interview questions

1. Tell me about a time you had an irate customer. How did you turn the situation around? 2. Tell me a time you had to multi-task. Describe the systems you use. How many monitors do you use? These are really the only Star questions they asked. They told me about themselves and what the company was looking for. I asked them about 3 or 4 questions. The interview only lasted 30 mins and the sups were super friendly.
