Applied for the position on careerbuilder and was contacted via email 2-3 weeks later for a phone interview. Scheduled phone interview for 1 week later (only slot available). Humana HR called and did prescreening with typical questions about credentials and a few scenario questions. It lasted about 30 mins and I was invited for a 2nd interview at the end of the first interview. I was asked about my salary requirements which I gave and she asked me if there was any flexibility of which I said yes. I was told if after the 2nd interview they want to make me an offer, they will inform me within 2 hrs of the interview. Second interview was via web cam at 4pm which they say takes about 1 hr. Actually, it took about 40 minutes and included the typical questions about my resume---education, licenses/certifications, managerial experience. Then I was asked several scenario questions---give me an example of a challenging patient and how did you handle it; give me a situation where you were extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with something & why, time management, what qualities did your supervisor report in your last performance evaluation and give me your comments on each, also why Humana. At the end I asked my questions and was told since it was late in the day they would let me know the decision the next day. I was actually called within 1 hour after the interview with an offer of which I accepted and will be flying to Cincinnati for 2 weeks training in about a month!
