Humana CSR interview questions

I applied, and a day later received a email for a phone interview a day later.. After the phone interview I received a offer to do the interview in person.. Overall be yourself and shine!

There is a recorded interview, and then if you passed that, an in-person interview. All the questions were behavior based questions. Since I don't have a lot of experience, I had trouble with the questions because most of them were "describe a time when."
