Humana CSR interview questions

Quick. Video interview 9 questions 3 questions about job history then 7 questions to make sure u understand the pay. The hours and the attendance policy. Some multiple choice. Some written response.

First was a virtual pre-screen where they asked a few basic questions via text. Second there was an on-demand video interview where I recorded an intro and then answered a few questions as they appeared on the screen. I wasn't talking to someone. I recorded the whole thing and then submitted it and they reviewed it. They provided helpful resources to prepare for this. Third was a virtual job experience assessment. It took about 20 minutes and they had me watch some videos and then do a couple of tasks. Fourth was a virtual interview with 2 people. We started with introductions and then I answered 5 interview questions and then had the opportunity to ask questions.
