I attended a walk-in interview, and I think the system is very poor because there is no clear queue system, and miscommunication everywhere. In this walk-in interview, there were 3 interviews held at once: HR, the user, and the final interview.

Interview in english, very fast and direct to the point questions. First you go with HR representative which is a behavioral interview, then if you clear the first screening you go with a local manager (mostly a Chinese person) to talk the details of the role, duties, etc.

Divided into 3, HR, User, Final. Mostly asking general question, no any specified test. Hr can use indonesia, while tech and final use english. You must declare your willingness to join huawei and focus to set the goal from 2-5 years later.
