Howden Legal Counsel interview questions

Applied via Linkedin, first round with recruiter, then a written assessment, second round with Regional Legal Counsel. Interview was great with the usual questions, i. e tell me about yourself, what feedback have you gotten, challenges you have encountered and how did you solve them. The interview was on a positive note. When it came to following up, no updates nothing. I followed up twice, no update at all. Complete silence from Howden.
