Howden interview questions

I only had one interview with them, on a video call. Questions were ok, just basic questions to get to know me but nothing super special. However the interviewer ghosted me, and couldn't even courteously respond when I asked simply if they had decided with another applicant. It's fair enough, and competition is stiff, but just be decent and let people know that you didn't make the cut.

The interview process was enjoyable and everyone gave me a chance to shine. They were very interested in my experience and asked lots of great questions. The problems came at the point of offer when the offer was a long way short of what was discussed at interview. Such a shame, lovely people, great role, good prospects but I felt I was being played. Which is problem as in one interview they went to great lengths to tell me about their growth plans. Had they offered what was discussed at interview then I would have gladly taken the position.
