Hilton Bartender interview questions

I applied online and was contacted a few days later. No phone interview, just scheduled a time to go in. Very long interview process. I met with at least 4 managers on property. Spent about 3 hours going to multiple offices located through the building to be interviewed. During the interviewing process HR called my references. The last step was a drug test administered by HR. They used a mouth swab and had to wait for results in front of HR rep which was a little uncomfortable.

Applied online, was called in to meet with one of the supervisors, then was called back to fill out paperwork with HR. Very easy, very standard for this type of position.
