Il processo del colloquio si è articolato in tre fasi. Il primo step un'intervista conoscitiva e la prima spiegazione del grow@hilti program. Secondo step un videocolloquio da registrare su una piattaforma con domande sia in italiano che in inglese, le domande riguardano l'area degli HR quindi ad esempio "raccontaci una situazione dove hai avuto un ruolo determinante" oppure "come ti vedi fra 5 anni". Ultimo step un business case + una breve presentazione da presentare dinanzi a più manager aziendali e con altri ragazzi in fase di selezione (tutta in inglese)

I have applied during a Job Meeting, after that there is a fist selection based on a brief video check where you have to reply to 10 questions. Subsequently you are called to a day in a assessment center where you have to take three different tests. 1) A flipchart of your life in english in front of the others 2) Individual test (in-basket type) 3) Business Games when you have to cooperate with other members After that, if you succeed, you have to substain an interview with HR on the same day. After you will have a field day and a final interview
