Hearst Project Manager interview questions

Nothing difficult, standard interviews, lasted three weeks. They were very thorough about the role and expectations which was true when I got in it. Everyone was pleasant and wanting to make the process simple.

Standardised questions plus presentation. Panel interview initiall, then met team, then MD. Minor HR interview. Standardised normal questions, although presentation was on a niche topic. Strengths and weaknesses, leadership capabilities, market knowledge, questions around margin and product lifecycle; how to manage an ageing product etc
