Hearst Junior Digital Writer interview questions

I applied for the role at Good Housekeeping. A phone interview was arranged within a week of application. Nice interviewer, standard questions, and was told I'd hear back in a couple of weeks... but then, it was radio silence. I followed up several times and was just completely ignored. Eventually heard they'd filled the position on LinkedIn. An outright rejection would have been nice at the very least!
