I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
I met with the Managing Editor for a first round, then came back for a second round with the Executive Editor and Editor in Chief. There was quite a bit of time between the two, and a long period of silence after the second round.

Interview
I appeared for BA interview at Hearst. There were three rounds, the first one was an onsite at the Hearst office taken by three separate person. The first interview was good , just behavioral and went through resume. Second round was of telephonic assessment which was of average level and third was again onsite taken by hiring manager.
Its been more than three weeks but I haven't heard back from them. Seems quite unprofessional.
