Hearst interview questions

Phone screening followed by long Skype interview as I was in a different state.there were 6 people on Skype interview. usually local candidates have in person interviews. Interviewer include VP of engineering, QA manager, Dev Manager

Multiple in-person interviews and communication would be weeks apart. They need assistance in getting the hiring process more efficient. Perhaps they feel that people will be comfortable with multiple rounds for weeks at a time and little communication.
