They are only looking for unicorns. I received a call from a recruiter a few weeks after applying for the role. I interviewed with them the next day. I spoke to a team member a few days later. I was asked to do a lengthy writing exam. It was crickets for two weeks after. I had to check in for an answer a few times. I was eventually told they went with another candidate but the job posting continues to be renewed.
