It was a virtual interview for 1 Hour with 4 people. All questions related to your past experiences. No tricky questions. Very friendly and straight forward. Got a positive feedback however didn't hear anything from them for 2 month before finally got the rejection.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Halliburton (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone interview with potential managers and then an on-site interview. The phone interview is more so an introduction to assess if your personality matches the team. The in-person interview, they want to see how you think and express yourself.
Was quick, like 2 weeks only, it starts with test, then week moved fast and quick, stepped to presentation as a professional projects related, them moves to signatures and contract review. We went to trainee and preparation for field behaviour and news challenge situations.
