Halliburton interview questions

1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.

The phone interview and the onsite interview went really well. it was a combination of technical and behavioral questions like many other companies. I enjoyed that the person who was interviewing me actually had hands on experience. that made the conversation to flow smoothly. The final offer was way less than my expected salary though. I was clear about my compensation package but unfortunately looks like their HR was not really on top of what the job posting payment will be which is very unfortunate. it was a waste of my time and managers' time. I hope they fix their hiring process so such case do not happen again.
