I interviewed at Halliburton (Austin, UT) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview was very personality based and did not include that many technical questions. It was very relaxed and I was able to ask questions of the company myself. The interviewer was very nice and laid back.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Halliburton in Mar 2011
Interview
I got to the initial aptitude test phase through university/college recruitment. After I passed the test, I was contacted through mail for an assessment day. The assessment day lasted for a whole day from around 9am till 9pm with breaks and lunch in between. The day started off with the individual presentation on different topics we had been given. The panel consisted of different engineers across the different PSLs.This was followed by a group exercise, later by 1:1 interviews and then practical/skills test. My advice for anyone would to just be themselves and be confident. It was a wonderful experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Halliburton (Brighton, CO) in Jan 2012
Interview
It was a very laid back interview process. There was an initial interview on campus focusing on academic background and accomplishments followed by a 2nd interview in Colorado. They really focused on getting to know you and how you interact with others on this two day trip. I was with about 8 other guys interviewing. We took a tour of the site and the local headquarters, had a presentation, and ended with a dinner which they use to see how you act socially. Then the next day they asked if you want the job or not.
