I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Halliburton (Johor Bahru) in Apr 2013
Interview
Halliburton came to my university as there was a career day with the students. So, all the students from specific faculties are invited to attend the talk. Right after the talk, there were 2 test conducted, IQ test and also technical test. Both tests were multiple choice question. After that, the HR took some time to review all those tests and the shortlisted candidate were announced. There were 30 of us. Hence, the next day was the interview session with with the HR which lasted for around 20 minutes. I will be informed later whether I was successful to get through that stage. I am still waiting for the call for next stage which will be an interview with the line manager. I was informed that my CV was placed in Halliburton talent bank and will be contacted any time soon.

Question 1
There were no difficult question with the HR. All the questions were based on the CV and curricular activities and also on how u handle some difficult times.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Halliburton (Bandung, West Java) in Jan 2013
Interview
Worst hiring process I've ever encountered. The process is held outside the city where I live. The first day consists of aptitude test, english test, and FGD. After that they scheduled an interview section. The worst part is they keep changing the interview schedule without giving any living stipend. My interview is delayed for about 3 days for unknown reason. There's only two interview (the HR and user interview). The user interview is fine, but the HR one is very bad. It's not engaging at all.
