Interview
First I got an email and scheduled a time for phone interview. Then, a manager called me and asked some general questions, such as graduation time, expected salary. The interview itself was quite easy, but after that, I got no feedback.

How would I rate my skill of C programming, from 1 to 10?
First interview was with HR. Second was with the entire team for leetcode style (technical round), and the third one was on site. The third round had 3 sub rounds. One was technical, and the the other was presentation and then another round with HM. I was first given the offer and then the offer was taken back because I tried to negotiate. I was told I am money driven and not team driver. Sorry wont do anything for free.
4 stages. Primarily video interviews and one onsite. First stage is just HR or recruiter followed by technical rounds. Technical rounds are challenging and real time scenarios are given for the candidate to solve.

The first step was an online coding test, then a direct 1 on 1 interview where there were almost no technical questions but mostly general discussions about what the company was looking for.
