Interview
*From College Recruitment*
Two step interview, first was at the University. The first interview was a technical aptitude assessment, which was some basic logic on pressures, and general petroleum knowledge.
The second interview was at the office (yard) which I was to work out of. The interviewer makes the assessment on which role would be a better fit within the Product Service Line based on qualifications and education. Wireline contains two departments, Logging and Perforating. You can be certified for both Logging and Perforating through an intensive training program that they put you through in Fort Worth, but more often will be chosen for perforating based on a needed larger work force as they work in tandem with Frac.
