At my school. Half hour interview with an engineer. Only behavioral questions were asked. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me very good feedback. I was emailed to set up an interview on campus and also asked if I would be able to do a co-op.

Question 1
A lot of questions about how you would handle different situations.
It was an exam divided into English, mechanical, and IQ sections, where each part tested different skills, including language comprehension, engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning, requiring focus, problem-solving ability, and time management under strict conditions.

was good and useful, asked different questions and really tested both my technical and HR knowledge. asked me various question and made me feel comfortable at the same time it was really intense.
1 test and 1 interview, first was ro talk to ANCABE and then got called in to an interview with my manager and mentor.
They liked my cv and history and hired me for a year
