The interview was conducted online with one of the department's team members. It was quite casual and they mostly asked questions related to the resume I submitted. They are curious about how certain experiences contributed to my growth and skill sets.

Would you be open to travelling for work from time to time?
It was an exam divided into English, mechanical, and IQ sections, where each part tested different skills, including language comprehension, engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning, requiring focus, problem-solving ability, and time management under strict conditions.

was good and useful, asked different questions and really tested both my technical and HR knowledge. asked me various question and made me feel comfortable at the same time it was really intense.
1 test and 1 interview, first was ro talk to ANCABE and then got called in to an interview with my manager and mentor.
