Question 1
What was a good decision and a bad decision that you have made recently? What process did you go through to make those decisions? What was the outcome?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Halliburton in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview was relatively easy. I received the interview through a campus career fair and was told to apply online through my university's career center. About a week later, I got an interview. I went to the info session that several Halliburton employees put on for us the day before my scheduled interview. Unfortunately, I had an exam and had to leave early.
The questions were typical interview questions. "Tell me about a good and bad decision you've made recently." Stuff like that. Overall, an easy interview with an easy going recruiter.
