I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Halliburton in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied through school job board and got an interview with Halliburton. It was about 15-20 min long and around 10 behavioral questions. At the end of the interview the recruiter described the position duties and asked for any questions about it.

Interview
Had an on campus interview followed by an on-site interview at a yard outside of Denver. The on-site interview consisted of a social dinner with a large group of interviewees, and then a day of lectures, questions, and a team problem solving activity.
The interview used the STAR method, and it was fairly casual. The interviewer was very nice and first wanted me to walk him through my resume and then he asked the interview questions. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. It was important to come prepared with lots of your own questions because you want to get to know them and be able to decide whether or not a job will be a good fit.
