I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Halliburton (Odessa, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
info session, followed by on-campus interview, 20 questions timed logic exam. If your picked you will get called to schedule a onsite interview. First night they invite personal from different personnel to a night of bowling to feel out candidates and answer any questions you may have. The next day you will get a tour of the yard, I highly recommend staying in the front to listen to what the guide has to say, be prepared and take steel toed boots. After this they take you out for lunch. After lunch you get interviewed by a panel of managers of various PSLs and review your resume and ask you to elaborate on your experience.
