I had two interviews, the first was on campus interview which was mostly behavioral based (S.T.A.R Method) and the second was a 2 day interview in which you tour the facility, interact with the hiring manager as well as go out to dinner. The second interview evaluates your personality and ensures that you know what you are getting yourself into.
