Interview
It was a standard interview, mix of behavioral and technical questions. I was asked about interest rate environment, stock pitch ideas, and current macro considerations. Consisted of a phone screen, then skype interviews
Online application followed by online tests - this included some written elements, numerical reasoning and video recorded answers. The next stage involved an assessment centre where I took part in numerous individual activities, group activities and a final one-to-one interview.
