Interview
The interview process was short - only two interviews. The first interview was with my (to-be) direct line manager, and the second interview was with both themselves and their manager. Both of the interviews were 30-60 minutes long and online.

They were interested in my broader climate change background and expertise, and less about my experience in financial services.
The interview process was straightforward and well organized. It began with an initial screening call with HR, followed by one or two interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Questions focused on past experience, technical skills, and situational scenarios. Overall, communication was clear and the process moved at a reasonable pace.

They focused mostly on behavioral questions, especially around past experiences and problem-solving.
This was a fully professional interview with plenty of opportunity and time to discuss all the details of my career and experience to date, and to exchange ideas about the opportunity on offer.
