Had 2 interviews with 3 people. Asked about my past experience. No tricky question. Senior manager was late for the interview but I got the offer.
After the first interview, I was informed that the role is cancelled, but later on they called me and asked if I was still interested. I said yes and gave a higher salary expectation.

El proceso con la reclutadora fue muy amigable; ella muy comprensiva, con comunicacion constante. Me pidieron aplicar por internet, compartir docs usuales, entrevista de 1 ronda con hiring manager y recepcion de carta oferta (que termine rechazando).

Good , focus on leadership skills, situations based , role specific requirements , transparent, clear , two way conversation, risk profile questions, communication test, sensibility , presentation and analysis teat
