Interview
An Open Assessment, followed by a job simulation. Contained numerical reasoning and situational judgement questions, and questions required you to rank the options. A feedback will be sent to you thereafter.

Question 1
Will you rely on the feedback from a new member of the team or based on the feedback of your current team post-meeting?
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
