It was fantastic and privileged to have partaken in it. I had 3 series of interviews and it went well. i conducted 2 video interviews and life based questions, scenerio based questions and calculations.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
